Booking now for summer 2027 with minimum two-month summer stays between June 15-Sept 15. Walk to restaurants and recreation, the condo has 4 bedroom suites each with full bathroom, nice kitchen, living room, fireplace, generous seating, and a large deck with porch swing, al fresco dining, and beautiful forest views. An updated well-stocked kitchen provides the cookware to make large dinners. The living room provides comfy furniture with the gas log fireplace and a 55" Roku TV as the entertainment. Hidden Beach or Sand Harbor are the closest, Zephyr Cove is further south, Chimney Beach and other east shore beaches are also along east shore. Kings Beach has a public beach option as well. Parking and entrance fees may apply, so please call or check in advance. We suggest arriving early as our beautiful Lake Tahoe is popular this summer. Please note that the move-out cleaning fee is $250. This is actual cost paid to the housekeeping service, which offers fair wages to its employees. There will be a required cleaning every two weeks for stays (average $175). We will charge this separately to your account through the Airbnb Resolution Center. We do this so our guests avoid paying the additional Airbnb service fees on cleaning fees. Please be aware that we do not allow smoking inside or outside our vacation condo. The HOA prohibits smoking on the property as well. An extra cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if smoke is smelled or any type of smoking product is found. Please go off of the property to smoke and be aware that we are in a high fire danger mode currently. Thanks for your consideration with this. There are a few boat parking spaces available for your boat. We'll need a description of the boat to give to the property management so they know you have owner permission to park in one of the spaces. We will provide an starter amount of paper, soap, and toiletry products for your stay. Please bring any extras you might need or you can purchase extras at the grocery store within walking distance.
