Parking on street. Close to Gaylord Resort and historic Third Ave. with cafes, restaurants and shops. Beautiful walkable neighborhood. Near two main freeways -only 10 to 25 minute drive to all major sights like Balboa Park, Zoo and beaches. The space Our guests have found the studio very spacious and relaxing. We provide a few breakfast supplies for your first morning, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and other kitchen supplies. The private patio has a private garden and solar lights to illuminate the landscape at night. You will feel very private as your entrance is at the side of the house, so you will rarely see us unless you want to talk with us. There is one door beside the bathroom which leads to the back patio of our house which is blocked on our patio with a bookcase and soundproof curtain. The door locks from inside your studio. Guest access You have access to your private entrance, garden, patio, and studio. Parking is on the street and we are close to the trolley station on H Street near Interstate 5 (however you would have to take the bus to the trolley station). The H Street bus line is within close walking distance from our house. Our neighborhood is great to walk in and you will enjoy the variety of houses and areas. We are close to Third Ave which is such a delight and it has a lovely park for picnics or short walks and the main street which is very vibrant on the weekend. Finally, we have an amazing bike route which goes all around the bay. You start the route at Chula Vista Bay. Other things to note Our guests let us know that they enjoy sitting on the patio surrounded by the small garden and the many birds and butterflies that visit us in the warmer months.
