Newly remodeled, clean, 2 bedroom home with a Victorian twist! This 1924 home has recently been renovated to include 4 car private parking, fenced back yard (perfect for kids/dogs), with a new patio & firepit. We added a mini-split heating/air system, and a delicious Coffee nook! We are located near Clearwater Canyon Cellars, with 9 more wineries in the LC Valley. Hells Gate is a beautiful place for a walk, hike, bike, boasting many trails to hike. One block down is Dutch Bro's and Hot Shots! The space This place holds one of the oldest and largest trees in Lewiston at 30 feet around. The back yard is large and fenced, for kids to play safely. The convenient location of "The Coffee House" is remarkable. Within a quarter mile is Rosaurer's, Walgreens, Gas, Firewood, Wineries, Shopping Mall, Vets Office, and one of best steak houses’ in the valley at Ernie's Steak House! The Snake River and access is about a 10 minute drive with lots of options for parks, swimming, fishing, hiking, and boating. Enjoy the Valley, our home and your stay in Lewiston, Idaho! We have a large parking lot that accommodates four cars, and is surrounded by a very quiet neighborhood. But it’s convenient location is close to all the conveniences you will need.
