Enjoy this green woodsy area on Grand. A fairly quiet area on the lake. An entire acre to play in. There is room to set up for volleyball, badminton, or croquet in the front, so bring it with you. We have a fire pit both front and back set up. We have both youth and adult kayaks and cane poles for guests to use. It is an older building but we keep it up. This is also our families fun place and we are very happy to share it with our respectful guests . There should be an info book in the LR An entire acre to roam on Grand Lake. Full of large trees both front and back. We are on a quiet cove in the back but can also see main body of lake from the front. The home it self is not Large in sq footage, the kitchen, dining and living are an open concept plan but there are large decks both front and back. We do have a dock to fish off of and a little peddle boat for you to use along with our kayaks that we share. This home has a fully equipped kitchen. Also a great place to work from as the cabin has excellent fiber optic WIFI. Attention Fisherman this property has a huge circular drive so several trucks with trailers can be parked on site. This large lot and home is yours to enjoy. Please respect the neighbors yards . I am available by text or call. It is so peaceful here. The neighbors are also on large wooded lots. It does get a little livelier on weekends and holidays during summer. People use golf carts , bicycles, walking, boats, and cars. We are close to the resort Shangri-La. There is a paved path that takes you right up to the resort and golf course. This property is on a septic tank so please watch water usage. The water is treated city water so safe to drink. We do set this up for guests in that we make sure that you have drawers and closets for your things. We also try to put away personal things but it is loved and used by the family. We try to share what is there and do not count or worry about a can of beans, bottled water ,or soft drinks that get used. The metal bunk beds can be used for adults but the wood set should be used for children 120# or less.
