Enjoy this cozy one Private Bedroom w/ private bathroom in a lovely house on one acre with shared access to all common areas inside and outside! It’s a cozy and comfy bedroom in a shared house only 8-10 minute drive to downtown/uptown Dallas, very near DeSoto and Lancaster. You will sleep well on the comfortable new full-size bed. Plenty of drawer and closet space to unpack. HDTV (NOTE: This is a private room listing not the entire property!) 24/7 house access to come and go as you please! The space The Blue Room is a Private room, very cozy, clean and comfortable in nice fully fenced-in and gated house on 1 acre of land. One private bedroom (BR#2) for up to 3 people (additional charge for 2nd and 3rd person). You have a very comfortable new full size bed with luxury bed linens and towels. An air mattress can be added to the room to sleep a 3rd person or else for two people in separate beds. No sleeping is allowed in the common areas of the house. Other bedrooms may be occupied during your visit by one or both of the hosts or another person whereby you will be sharing the common areas. All bedrooms are key locked for security/privacy. This room has a HDTV to view over 60 digital free broadcast channels, or to connect your personal gaming or streaming device. All guests share the grand hall (open concept large full kitchen, dining & living area) and privacy fenced backyard with patio seating and grill and a half bathroom on back patio. (We ask all Guests to clean and tidy up immediately after each use of the bathrooms, kitchen and common areas). Lots of free private parking inside the gated and fenced property. Guest access You have this one private room - Room#2 “The Blue Room”. This is your only exclusive space not shared with anyone else. Sharing with Hosts and/or other Guests - all house common areas including full kitchen, living and dining areas and large back patio. During your stay You will have your privacy in your private bedroom. . Hosts are available as needed. Guests are expected to respect sleep and rest times of other people present in the house and keep TV volume at low listening levels to not disturb other Guests. Thank you.
