We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.*** OUR HOME ————— Indulge in themed bedrooms, each offering its own unique charm: Bedroom #1: The Captain's Room boasts a luxurious King-size Casper memory foam mattress, private bathroom with a 4-jet body shower system, and a large screen TV. Bedroom #2: The Anchor Room features a comfortable queen-size bed with a Casper memory foam mattress. Bedroom #3: The Turtle Room delights with a double bed adorned with playful turtle art and a TV. Bedroom #4: The Bunk Room offers versatile sleeping arrangements with a bunk bed, trundle bed, and single bed, accommodating up to four guests. Additionally, the office provides a workspace with a desk, printer, printer paper, and small sofa. For your convenience, essential supplies are provided to start your stay, including shampoo/conditioner, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pucks, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are encouraged to bring their own supplies for longer stays. Enjoy outdoor grilling with the provided gas grill. Entertainment options abound with TVs featuring cable and Roku access. Guests can also access apps like Netflix & Hulu and other streaming apps with their own accounts. Transition seamlessly from beach to pool with an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided, though guests are kindly asked not to put sandy towels in the dryer. The only thing off limits are locked housekeeping and owner cabinets where signs are posted. Other things to note This is a one-story home*** Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property. No more than 10 GUESTS per booking. **MUST BE 24 YEARS OLD TO BOOK** The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 10 guests. You will need to sign a rental agreement naming all guests who will be staying. You MUST add your dog as a guest at the time of booking. There is a $100, non-refundable pet fee. Additional fee's apply for more than one dog. We do our best to make sure that all appliances and equipment are working, and we diligently attempt to address maintenance issues as they occur. Please let us know about any equipment/appliance malfunctions or other damages immediately so that we can arrange for repairs within reason. We will do our best to provide a solution as quickly as possible. If a maintenance issue occurs during your stay, we or one of our agents (e.g., contractor) may need to enter the home. With the guest’s permission, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, the host/co-host or their agent shall be permitted to enter and make any repairs. In the case of a rare EMERGENCY situation, the host/co-host or their agent may enter the property without securing permission from the guest. An effort will be made to give the guest notice of such entry. ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: There is a $20 fee PLUS shipping if you leave something behind and need it shipped back to you. We have to ask a company to retrieve the item, pack the item, and ship it, so please make sure you double-check the house before leaving. We will send a receipt as proof of shipping/price should this issue arise. This happens so frequently, and it’s difficult to get someone to ship these items back to the owner. Neither the host nor co-host are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Neither the host nor the co-host is responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
