Located within Oceanside, Oregon, 9 miles west of Tillamook. This oceanfront duplex is called Heart of The Hill because it is located right in the middle of Oceanside. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks. The space it's the perfect get away cabin, cozy, quiet, relaxing, amazing views. *** Be aware of local construction near property and may cause noise disruptions during day time hours. Additionally, unit ocean views may be affected due to this construction. We apologize for the inconvenience. *** Guest access Propane stove is currently inactive ( Only for the summer months, due to warm weather ) Other things to note Our kitchen stocked with basic cooking essentials, cooking spices,condiments, coffee, sugar, cookware, plates, utensils,silverware,dishes, cups and glasses Also, please be considerate of the other unit below and wear some kind of sandals, and try to keep the noise to a minimum. please no pets (sorry no exceptions) And on cigarette smoking on the property.
