The fishing pier, boat launch, public library and grocery store are less than a mile away. Catch the breeze and relax in the shade of a registered Live Oak. Small and medium dogs allowed with prior approval. The space The House in the Bay features 3 bedrooms/1 bath (maximum occupancy of 6 people). Queen bed, Roku TV, and two closets in the main bedroom. IKEA platform twin beds in the second bedroom, and a single twin bed with box springs in the third. Spacious living room with a Roku TV and sleeper sofa, separate smaller living room also with a Roku TV. Bathroom with tub and shower. Three TVs total--one in the main bedroom and one in each living area. Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffee makers (drip, French, and Moka espresso maker), and blender. Full sized washer and dryer in the separate laundry room. Note that there is a 1 inch step between the dining room and the kitchen. Screened front porch with outdoor chairs, private, fenced backyard with gas and charcoal grills and a fire pit, lawn chairs for sitting under the large Live Oak.
