Spacious living room, separate smaller living room, bathroom and kitchen, dining area (seating for 6), screened front porch with outdoor chairs, private back yard with gas grill and fire pit, lawn chairs for sitting under the large Live Oak. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, blender, and full sized washer and dryer. Note that there is a 1 inch step between the dining room and the living. You'll likely leave your car parked, though. The neighborhood is great for strolling, and we are two blocks from the heart of downtown and three blocks from the harbor and beach.
