Located in historic Ohio City, The Cottage is a beautifully restored pre-Civil War home dating to 1845. Renovated inside and out in 2016, it blends historic character with a modern, open floor plan. The Cottage received the 2016 Heritage Home Program Award from the Cleveland Restoration Society and AIA Cleveland. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, the West Side Market and neighborhood favorites, with downtown and the lakefront just minutes away. The space Cleanliness is always a priority, but due to COVID-19, we are being even more vigilant regarding our cleaning routine. We are also allowing more time between guests stays to give more time between people occupying space and time for the most thorough cleaning possible. - Renovated space with original historic details - Bright, cheerful, and deliberately decorated (including artwork by local artists!) - Great location close to the West Side Market, Hingetown area, rapid station, tea and coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, and urban trails. - Lake Erie beach access and downtown are within a 10 min. bike ride! - Two bedrooms (1 with a queen bed, 1 with king bed) - Full kitchen with a variety of cooking utensils and basics (olive oil, salt and pepper, sugar, flour, etc.) - First floor walk-up (less than 10 stairs) - Full-size upscale bath products - Only 2.2 miles from Progressive Field and the Q (Quicken Loans Arena)! 2.3 miles from Brown’s Stadium and the Convention Center! - Two cool co-working spaces within walking distance in the neighborhood Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, an outdoor sitting space in the front, and back porches. No backyard access. Other things to note We are a strict NO PARTY Airbnb and non-smoking Airbnb. For Monthly Rentals, a $100 Cleaning Fee will be applied from Security Deposit.
