Three bedroom and two bath waterfront property on beautiful Pine Lake. Semi-private pool (owners may use pool and their guests) not a public pool. Owners live on property, rental area is the lower walkout basement. Fully equipped kitchen, smart tv’s in every bedroom and recreation/living room. Pool table in rec area. Very clean & comfortable. Pool house has comfortable seating, tv, pool toys, life jackets, floats & fridge. Six kayaks & paddle board included in price. The space This is a private 3 bedroom 2 bath, recreation/living room and fully equipped kitchen located on the bottom floor/basement. You have your own private entry to the home. Owners live on the main level of this 3-story home. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole bottom floor, the semi-private swimming pool when in season, the lake, boat dock, slide, and the backyard. You are welcome to bring your jet ski, fishing or ski boat. There are 5 kayaks and one paddle board included in your rental. or canoe. Other things to note Check In is 3:00 p.m. CST. Check Out is 10:00 a.m. CST.
