The Sweet Suite

Comfortable 1 bedroom suite located in highly desired neighborhood. Private entrance and completely separate unit. Close to shopping, restaurants and more. Less than 30 minute commute to downtown Indy. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to unwind but close enough to get where you are going quickly. The space Full private in law suite attached to my home. Shared use of patio if desired. Order in or cook a gourmet meal in the full kitchen before heading out to explore or maybe relaxing and watching Netflix. Guest access The suite has a front and back entrance, living room area with tv and sleeper sofa, dining area with table and four chairs, desk and office chair, full kitchen, laundry area with washer and dryer, bathroom with walk in shower and private bedroom with two closets and new memory foam mattress. Other things to note Check out YouTube for info on turning the sofa into a bed. You will find a mattress protector, sheets, pillows and comforter in the storage ottoman.
