The front enclosed porch has a gas fireplace. The whole house is available to use although the upstairs is unfinished. I am a fireman so when I'm on shift I'm not physically available. However my phone is always on and I have family around the lake if something comes up. Otherwise we live across the street from the property and I am available. Nice quiet street with 1 way in and 1 way out. Very safe area with strong neighbor relationships No near public transportation however there are many stores and other amenities walking distance.
