Bright, 20 m ² room with parquet, underfloor heating, cable TV and private wet room (shower, toilet, sink, fresh towels) and lockable room door. Small snacks can be prepared. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and a small (silent!) 28L fridge. Access to the balcony with 2-seater set with alpine views and sunset are included. Parking is included! The space Suitable for single person or couples! Quiet location, 30km/h single-family house zone, at the end of a dead end road with direct access to the recreation area. Bus station, grocery store (VOLG) and the well-known rehabilitation clinic can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. For guests traveling by car, there is an outdoor parking available. Bellikon is located on the southern slope of the Heitersberg between Baden and Mutschellen at 630 MüM. Zurich and Baden can be reached by car in less than half an hour. Guest access We share the large entrance hall. From here we go directly into the room with bathroom and balcony and into our own apartment. Both doors can be locked.
