Come to the lake to relax!

Drink coffee sitting on the front porch enjoying the beautiful lake view. This house is a very comfortable three bedroom home on lovely, swimmable Lake Greenwood. There are breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. You can fish directly from the dock. While there are the modern conveniences like the internet, etc., you'll want to bring a good book and relax. The space The home has three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. There is also a queen size air mattress. The living room has a couch for additional sleeping. There are two full bathrooms. The TV’s are smart TV’s (Roku) not cable TV’s. Guest access We hope this is the house for you. We love it. We really do. The moment we see the lake, we can take deep breaths and relax. But, there are some things that you should know because maybe this is not the house for you (and, again, we hope it is the house for you). No parties are allowed. We like parties, too, but we cannot allow them. If "party" is at the end of the word, it is not allowed. Birthday parties, graduation parties, etc. - not allowed. Our home and neighborhood are not equipped for parties. Our driveway is not equipped for a bunch of cars. No more than 2 or 3 please. Please don't book our house if you plan to have any sort of a party. Please note that this is a home we use (but don't have parties in). If you are looking for a home that is free of personal effects or that is only a rental home, this is not it. In other words, you are not walking into an empty house that is a rental only. You are walking into a house that our family and friends love and spend time in. That's okay with some people and not okay with others. If that makes you uncomfortable, we totally get it. We aren't going to bother you during the stay. We don't want to be bothered when we travel, and assume you are the same way. If you have come to the lake, you are there because you want to get away. We'll make sure you have check in and check out instructions - but otherwise, you aren't hearing from us except to make sure all is well. Of course, if you have a question, don't hesitate to reach out. We want to make sure your stay is easy and comfortable. As noted above, the check-in instructions are sent directly to you through the app. If you don't see them (they arrive within 48 hours of your stay), please don't hesitate to ask. Yes, there is a coffee maker. It is the regular kind that makes a full, delicious pot. Yes, the lake is swimmable. The TV's are smart Roku TVs. The volume button is on the side. Yes, there is Wifi. Woop woop! We ask guests to bring their own supplies including paper products. That doesn't mean that we don't have any toilet paper, napkins and paper towels. We do, we just ask that you bring some because the supply is not unlimited. We forget things when we travel, too. If you forget to bring cooking spray, no problem, we have some. Use it. No big deal. We have small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. We hope you have a great stay at the lake! Other things to note There is a nearby state park, various places to rent boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Greenville, South Carolina is a short drive.
