Owner occupied, quiet upstairs suite consisting of three rooms and a half bath near downtown Hallowell. Great for small groups. The space This single family home is located within walking distance of downtown Hallowell, a music/arts hub in Central Maine. Private rooms are located on the second floor and have access to a half bath. The shower is located on the first floor and is shared with the owner. The home has been recently remodeled and features hardwood floors, colorful rooms and a quiet atmosphere. Guest access Guests will have the entire upstairs and use of half-bath. Kitchen privileges may be negotiable for longer stays. During your stay I am a part time music teacher, so I am available at different times during the day. Other things to note There is a TV with Netflix access
