The house is not currently setup with amenities to accommodate children so please bring what you need for them. Guests have access to the full house which comes fully equipped! No need to worry about running to the store for toilet paper or paper towels, we provide all of that as well as laundry soap, cleaning products, etc. All linens, including the duvet covers are washed between guests and there are towels for everyone. We're available to help when needed. This new home is located in the heart of Nashville, just minutes from Downtown, Music Row, Vanderbilt, Centennial Park, Midtown, the Gulch, Charlotte, Sounds Stadium, and Nissan Stadium. This house is located in a quiet but urban neighborhood currently undergoing gentrification. The street is well maintained and you'll find a mix of brand new homes (like ours) as well as older homes that have been there for decades. There are not a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, or bars, etc that are easily walkable (.5 miles). Like most of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown Nashville, there are some elements of crime and poverty, but our neighbors are friendly and we've never felt unsafe at the house. This rental is best suited for people who welcome racial and economic diversity. Lyft, Uber, and taxis are easy to come by.
