Description
Enjoy our cottage with access to a private beach on Hamlin Lake. We are located 3 miles from the State Park and 5 miles from downtown Ludington. The Swallow is a perfect place to relax with your family and enjoy the water and a bonfire in the evening. Included is WIFI, cable, a full private kitchen, living/dining room. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You must bring all of your own linens, bedding, and towels for bath/kitchen. ***NO DOGS/ANIMALS, will be subject to $200 fine.*** The space The Swallow is a duplex and the second building from the lake shore. The mirror image of its partner the Martin. Martin is available to rent as well. They are located in a small group of 13 cottages. There is a dock available for an extra fee. Please inquire if you would like to bring your own boat. The slip is suited for an 18 foot boat. You can enjoy our bonfire pit, kid play area and wonderful sandy beach. Fisherman will love the fish cleaning building. There is a park across the street with a boat launch. Guest access You have access to your entire side of the Duplex cottage. All of the Swallow. The property has shared access of the beach and bonfire pit, gather space, chapel, and fish cleaning building with the other 13 cottages on the property. Free and available parking behind the cottages. Other things to note Linens are not included. Please bring all of your own bedding, pillows, sheets, bath and kitchen linens. There is a gas grill in the back yard at the picnic tables for you to use. ***NO DOGS/ANIMALS, will be subject to $200 fine.*** Our association does not allow renters to bring Dogs and will charge us if this is violated.
