The Tipsy Tuna (has) RULES! Please review BEFORE reserving the home… * Large parties are not allowed. Maximum number of guests on property is (10/night, 15/day), unless approved by owner * Must be at least 25 years of age to reserve. Reserving on behalf of underage guests is prohibited * You can play music…just lower the volume at 10 pm. It’s a JB city ordinance * No underage drinking * No trespassing onto neighboring properties, this includes your pets (many are full-time residents) * No climbing onto roof from 3rd level deck Guest access Guests have access to complete home and yard. Except for 3 locked closets and storage room on lower level. Other things to note • Outdoor items, such as bbq grill, bikes, etc. used during your stay will need to be cleaned and returned to their location by guest. • Pets are allowed in the tiled areas of the home. Keeping your furbabies off the furniture and out of the upper level bedrooms is appreciated. • As a courtesy, we try to keep 2 propane tanks for the grill onsite. We encourage paying it forward with the propane by leaving at least one tank half full. Valero in JB offers tanks exchange.
