Enter the house through the front porch adorned with a sitting swing and lively plants. Once through the front door, you'll enter the living room and kitchen area featuring an open floor plan with space to share a meal at the dining table or bar, as well as plenty of lounge space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The living and kitchen area lead out to the back patio overlooking some of the lowcountry area marshlands, the perfect spot for an evening cocktail or morning cup of joe. Off the living area and down the hall are two queen bedrooms that share a full hall bathroom. The beautifully remodeled bathroom features a modern walk in tiled shower and stacked washer and dryer as well. Combined with the neighborhood's fantastic location and our comfortable and stylish furnishings, The Iris is sure to be your home away from home and will have you wanting to come back to Charleston again and again! *In addition to all linens and towels, we also provide a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, steamer, along with a starter pack of the basic amenities to start your stay. That starter pack includes: one set of hotel quality bath amenities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner and handsoap), three rolls of toilet paper, three rolls of paper towels, a 2-3 pods of dish detergent and laundry detergent, and a small amount of kitchen trash bags.* *One dog is permitted with prior consent and a $50 non-refundable pet fee. No spaces are shared with other guests, residents, or neighbors. Additional pets must have prior consent and will require an additional pet fee. Pet fees are charged for the luxury of bringing a pet, they do not cover pet damages. You will be charged a minimum $100 excessive cleaning/damage fee in addition to your pet fee if pet damages (including excessive hair) are found. DO NOT ALLOW PETS IN THE BEDS OR COUCHES. Unauthorized pets are not permitted. If a pet is brought without authorization, a $300 pet fee will be imposed. -Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the property. A $100 fine will be imposed if this rule is broken. -North Charleston noise ordinance is from 10pm-8am. If violated the guest is subject to removal from the property and the city may issue a $1047 fine. -THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. -Minimum age required to rent: 25 -If, and only if, a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host shall have no further liability with respect to the reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to the area, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain trip insurance.
