Relaxing and Spacious 1 Bedroom

This is a one bedroom apartment in an 8-unit apartment building near downtown. This is a fully-furnished unit with wifi and a tv, but no cable. You can use your own streaming accounts while here, but make sure to sign out before you leave. We provide a window AC and fan in the summer and have in-wall heat for winter months. The building is really old, but has been refinished. The "yard" is unmanicured and is shared with all guests/tenants. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The space This is a one bedroom apartment that is for guest's private use. It has a queen bed and an electric reclining loveseat. It's very clean and comfortable. The space is very comfortable; however the exterior is not manicured. Guest access The entire unit is accessible to guests. The entrance is common to three apartments with a long entryway, but each unit has its own front door with lock and deadbolt. Other things to note City ordinance requires trash to be bagged and tied. Please ensure you do this. There are cameras near the trash receptacles and if I get fined I will look to see who is responsible for those fees - this is a huge issue here.
