Come stay at the Lake! Tucked away in Madison County; our lakefront home offers a perfectly peaceful view of Eatonbrook Reservior, in picturesque Upstate New York. When you need a break from the city, there is something peaceful about lakeside living. Perhaps it’s that heavenly combination of fresh water and woodsy scents. The soothing sound of lake water lapping gently, can be heard mere feet from this charming home, with an upper and lower deck that give an impeccable view of the lake. The space 11 miles to colgate university, 15 miles to Cazenovia College, 5 miles to SUNY Morrisville State College,Upstairs and downstairs offer plenty of space for families to enjoy. Three separate bedrooms each offer queen size beds and ample space to move around inside for when the weather is not good outside. Other things to note We are sorry for any inconvenience, however, we do not allow pets to stay.
