The space This premium Flagstaff home, which has been a former model home in the past, is the perfect destination for your family vacation, as well as the ideal home base for a group of traveling friends! The entire property has been furnished and decorated with one goal in mind: We want you to feel at home! Our modernly and tasteful decorated home will enchant you from the moment you step into it, welcoming you with our spacious living room. Here you will find two couches and a love seat, arranged around a solid wood coffee table, setting the perfect frame for a relaxing evening or afternoon indoors. Use our flat screen smart Tv and its pre-installed streaming services, to log into your own streaming accounts and never miss your favorite show! We also offer a variety of different board games and toys for all ages, to entertain the younger members of your group. For extra coziness we have added a gas-powered fireplace, which can be ignited with the flip of a switch, perfect for the colder season! Make your favorite hot drink, coffee, cocoa, tea or similar and enjoy this blissful retreat! Our beautiful, big kitchen is fully equipped, and a dream made true for anyone who enjoys cooking and serving home cooked meals. Our gorgeously crafted counter tops offer ample space as well as a big bar with bar stools, turning meal prepping into a social event. The open space set up we have for living room, kitchen and dining area encourages this even more. We equipped our kitchen with brand new appliances and tools: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster oven and a wide assortment of dinnerware just to name a few. The half bathroom is also located on the main floor and comes with toilet and sink. The dining area with views into our backyard offers comfortable seating for six in a tastefully decorated ambience, with inspiring artwork showcasing the most sought-after sight-seeing destinations in northern Arizona. The overall experience is further elevated by our beautiful, dark hardwood floors we have on the main level, adding more elegance to the scene. The backdoor leads form the dining area out into our cozy backyard, which is tucked away between main house and garage, offering comfortable seating for four, making this a protected outdoor space, perfect to be used as safe play space for the younger members of your group, as well as for outdoor BBQs and similar. You are welcome to use our multi burner BBQ grill during your stay! Our two-car garage can be found in the rear part of our property. In here we also have washer and dryer available for use during your stay! All the bedrooms are located on the upper floor and can be accessed using the stair well beginning in the living room. The entire upper floor has beautiful carpets for extra comfort. We also installed ceiling fans in each bedroom, which in addition to our AC will help you staying cool during summer. Turning to the right after walking the steps you will find our master bedroom, the biggest of our bedrooms. We have a brand-new king-sized mattress which will guarantee for a good night’s rest! Further you will find one big walk-in closet as well as a second smaller one, another flat screen smart TV, a big mirror, access to the balcony and its own attached master bathroom. Our windows are equipped with light blocking shades to make sure that you can sleep in as long as you like! Stepping outside through the sliding door you will be able to take in some of the breathtaking views of this beautiful new neighborhood as well as the mountain range in the background. We have added a small outdoor set up with room for two. We love to enjoy our morning coffee here or to sit outside in the evening to star gaze, a truly magical experience! The master bathroom comes with its own, separate toilet, a spacious vanity with his and her sink as well as a big walk-in shower, making getting ready in the morning a breeze! Situated between master bedroom and bunk bedroom we have our guest bathroom. This spacious bathroom also comes with a big vanity with his and her sink, toilet, and a shower-tub combination. The bunk bedroom is furnished with the younger member of your group in mind. The top bed is single sized, the bottom is double sized, offering comfortable and exciting sleeping arrangements for up to three guests. Our big walk-in closet offers all the space needed to store your belongings during your stay. Our dresser offers additional storage space, without crowding the room... more space for children to play in! The last guest bedroom, located at the end of the hall, comes with another brand new, queen sized mattress, big walk-in closet, and a rack for your suitcase. Finally, you will find our big laundry room on this floor as well, in which we have an additional washer and dryer (both coming soon). Because we want to make sure that staying at our property is a memorable experience for the entire family, we have also added specific amenities for groups with children. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire property, except for the private apartment located above the garage. This space is rented by Taylor. The garage is used by him to access the apartment and to store his bike. He has no access to the rest of the home. We will send detailed check-in instructions on the morning of arrival, which contain the access code for the electronic lock. Other things to note This is a new home and we are sensitive to people with allergies. For this reason we don't allow pets, although we love animals. Please no pets or smoking inside our home, we charge a fee of 500$ for any signs of not following these rules. We ask that you take your shoes off downstairs and not walk on the carpeting with shoes on. Also, if you are not from Arizona, please know that water conservation is important to us. We appreciate you following recycling guidelines as provided in our welcome binder. Do not speed through the neighborhood as children might be playing in the streets and please be mindful of noise levels. We do not allow parties as mentioned in our house rules. This property does have a gas powered, indoor fireplace ready to use! Please use it for ambience , not for heating.
