The Sage Guest House is a modern adobe surrounded by sage and desert willows. Convenient to Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Rio Rancho, The Sage is located on an acre of natural landscape adjacent to our residence in a quiet area of the charming Village of Corrales. The property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat where resident bunnies, quail, roadrunners, and goldfinches are abundant all year. The space With its stunning views of the Sandia and Manzano Mountains and the shimmering lights of Albuquerque, the private portal and garden seating area are perfect settings for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Inside, contemporary furnishings enhance the tranquil atmosphere. We certify compliance with Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocol and, in addition, provide disposable masks, sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer for every guest. Guests can count on contact free stays for social distancing. The Sage is an accessible space that can comfortably accommodate two adults (the space is not appropriate for infants and toddlers). It has a queen bed with a luxury foam mattress. Bed linens and towels are laundered fragrance-free to accommodate guests with sensitivities, and the private bath has a large tiled shower with easy step in access. Amenities include a mini-fridge with freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a large work space. Although breakfast is not provided, the Guest House is stocked with complimentary bottled waters, snacks, and a selection of coffees, teas and hot chocolate. Information about the area, as well as menus from local pubs and restaurants, is available in the Guest House. High-speed wireless access, USB charging stations, and smart HDTV are also provided.
