We're in between downtown and Germantown, and you can easily walk to both. Guest access We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo with a 24 hour security guard on site. From the condo, you have a view of the beautiful Nashville Cumberland river. Staying at this condo gives you access to a pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. It’s a very safe building.
