DESCRIPTION Our 3 bedrooms 2 level home is 7 min drive to Niagara Falls US House hosts up to 6 guests. Entire house is only yours. 3 Bedrooms, each with queen bed and Full Bathroom are on the 2nd floor. Half bathroom Living room Dining room and fully equipped Kitchen - on the 1st floor. Our home has everything you'll need for cooking sleeping bathing etc. We have ADT security system. ~ Our cancellation policy is “MODERATE” - Please note : We Don't Host people who live Locally (party risk) The space Our home has everything you'll need (sheets, towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishes, drink ware, pots pans, supplies, etc). House has ADT security system. You'll be close to all of the local attractions, including: - Niagara Falls State Park, which contains the American Falls, the Bridal Veil Falls, and a portion of the Horseshoe Falls -Cave of the Winds -Maid of the Mist -Whirlpool State Park -Niagara Aquarium -Niagara Arts and Cultural Center -Seneca Niagara Casino -Castellani Art Museum -Lewiston Academy Park -Stella Nature Preserve -Youngstown Center -Old Fort Niagara -Rainbow Bridge (to Canada) Guest access You'll have access to the entire home including the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half bathroom (sink and toilet). And a back porch with outdoor furniture, set up for smokers. Other things to note We make a strong effort to be as accurate as possible in our listing descriptions. Please note the following before booking: - Some people are surprised to find that the areas near the Falls are rundown, economically depressed. This is not just an issue with this neighborhood, but the city in general. You will see that when driving around. Despite this, the area is quite safe and we've not had safety issues here. We are in approved by the city short term rental zone, and licensed by the city. Also we have ADT security system in the house. -This is a “budget” offering, Not a luxury hotel. Nearby hotels of this size typically charge much more than we do. This house was recently remodeled and furnished, but it’s an old home built in the early 1900s, so certain imperfections should be expected. We work hard to provide a great experience for our guests, but please have realistic expectations! -Some of the photos for this listing were shot by a photographer with professional equipment, which can cause the space to look larger and/or brighter than it actually is.
