Space Considerations: Bedrooms: The home is designed for 4 people. The home has 3 bedrooms: 1. The master is furnished with a King size bed, small storage unit and ample closet space + a modern on suite bathroom. 2. The second room is furnished with a Queen bed, a small storage unit and closet space + a separate retro bathroom. 3. The third room is equipped as an office with all of the essential to work from home. Bathrooms: The home is equipped with two full bathrooms. One has been renovated and is modern and the other is a retro style (original to the home). Both bathrooms are clean, functional with plenty of storage and plenty of toiletries. Air Conditioning: The home is equipped with 3 newer "window" air conditioners + a ceiling fan in the family room and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The house stays cool + dry all summer long. In the near future central air will be installed. Outside Space: At this time - there is a table and 4 chairs with an umbrella. In the future, the home will be updated with a deck. There are 3 “outdoor only” cameras (2 in the front and 1 on the side/back). The town of Avon is well maintained and offers fabulous restaurants, retail shopping and some of the best grocery stores around; with an excellent array of healthy, quality, organic and ethical food choices. If you enjoy hiking (even in the winter months) the trails and walking/biking paths, in the surrounding areas are fab. Our neighboring towns are home to the UCONN Health Center, Blue Back Square and The West Farms Mall.
