French doors located at the front of the house provide noise reduction for bedrooms and make the space feel open and airy. Plus-a 2 car garage provides easy and carefree access. Guest access The entire home is for you, with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 Living areas, Master Bedroom with a King bed and an on suite bathroom + a Second Bedroom with a Queen bed and a separate hall bathroom. The third bedroom is equipped as an office with all of the essentials to work from home (which also works for a pack and play crib). Black out shades ensure privacy and a good nights rest, with plenty of space for four people. Please be mindful when outdoors and consider this before booking your stay. Outdoor Security Cameras-There are 4 cameras located around the exterior of the home. These cameras are for the safety of our guests + the property and may not be tampered with. Please consider this before booking your stay. Minut (an Airbnb approved device) is present-which provides noise level alerts to guests and host, based on threshold set. Please consider this before booking your stay. Govee leak detectors are located in each bathroom, in the kitchen near the dishwasher and downstairs in the basement. In the event of excessive water on the floor, the leak detection will sound an alarm and alert the guests and host. Please consider this before booking your stay.
