The patio storage closet also includes a an outdoor fan and heater. ☕️ Kitchen & Dining: For those who decide to eat in, you have access to a full kitchen that includes pots, pans, utensils, and table settings. We also provide other amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, blender, electric griddle, and toaster. 🛋️ Living: Bright and airy with a comfortable couch and refreshing ceiling fan for you to chill out after a long day at the beach. Enjoy all the natural light that comes in from the patio doors and living room window during the day. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the 60-inch Smart TV. The sofa folds out to a queen size bed for those who need additional accommodations. Two added ottomans are great for coffee-table conversation. 💤 Bedroom & Bathroom: King-sized bed, spacious closet and laptop-friendly desk make this master bedroom great for both short and long-term stays. You can also find an attached full-bathroom where we provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Please note there is not a door at the top of the stairs, rather a curtain to separate spaces. 🏓 Garage: Private garage parking available. You can control the thermostat, music, and front door lock. Guest access You will have full access to the condo, patio, and garage. There are two closets in the bedroom, one of which is an owners closet that you will not have access to. Other things to note - Stairs on property - Doorbell & garage camera surveillance/recording on property - Coffee table is a tempered glass table - Occupant Registration Form & copy of Government IDs required for all guests 18+ by HOA 1 week before check-in.
