This charming classic Denver bungalow— it’s an entire house, not a basement apartment— was originally built in 1917, and is only a 10-minute drive to Downtown Denver, with views of the city from your front porch! The space Walk in through the front door to find the bright, clean and cozy living room with electric fireplace and tv, a perfect space to wind down from your day of adventures. The large kitchen with cute alcove eating area is fully functional with all of the tools you need to cook a meal and feel at home. All the furnishings in the home are brand new (as of July 2020). The clean full bath with shower/tub combination is located off of the kitchen. At the back entrance of the home, you'll find a large mudroom with a foosball table, dart board and plenty of storage. The unfinished basement of this historic home is equipped with a washer and dryer. The large driveway is secured with a gate and has room for up to 3 vehicles. The yard wraps around the outside of the house to the front yard, all fully and securely fenced with locking gates. Guest access Guests will have full access of the home, yard, and gated driveway. Other than the steps coming into the front of the house and the steps going down to the laundry room, this house easily accessible and stands on one level. Other things to note The home is located on a busy street and next to a few local businesses, in a somewhat industrial area, so there is a potential for road noise, though it quiets down substantially at night. At times, usually during longer stays, the business next door may briefly need full access to the driveway, which may require guests to move cars for a short period of time. Extended stays may require additional cleaning fees and/or a lease agreement, depending on length of stay. The house is really not set up for large groups, small children, or animals. There may be some safety risks, as the house is historic and not childproofed. As mentioned before, the house is located on a busy street, and there is no grass or fully secured play areas outside.
