Ideal for large families or groups, this private home spans the second and third floors of the property and features its own exclusive entrance via a private balcony. Inside, you’ll find: • 8 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms • Two cozy living areas — one on each floor • A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, and utensils • A large private balcony perfect for enjoying ocean sunsets and fresh coastal air The entry level includes 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a comfortable living space. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a full kitchen, and a second living and dining area — offering plenty of room to gather, relax, or spread out. Guests also have access to a dedicated outdoor area that includes a grassy yard, fire pit, grill, and two full outdoor bathrooms — perfect for relaxing, dining, or letting the kids play.
