Located in the heart of Marburg, this high-quality apartment offers a beautiful view of the Elisabeth Church. It consists of two rooms and a bathroom and has been fully modernised. Marburg’s historic city centre ("Oberstadt") is just a few minutes’ walk away, where numerous restaurants and cafés invite you to relax and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere. The space The flat features two rooms: a bedroom and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), a desk, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. In the living area, you’ll find a sofa bed that sleeps two (140x200 cm), a satellite TV, and a dining table for four. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, toaster, filter coffee machine, oven, stove and more. Guest access The attic apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a multi-family building (please note: there is no lift). It is available for the guests’ exclusive use. Access is via a code, which will be sent by email AFTER a successful check-in. Check-in: Online check-in is available via your mobile device, or you can check in with assistance at the Elisabeth Apartments office (Steinweg 45) between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. You will receive the access code to the apartment via email after a successful check-in. Pre-Check-in: It is possible to complete your check-in in advance (see booking confirmation). Please note that in this case, you will not receive the access codes to your apartment earlier — they will still be sent around 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Late Arrivals: Arrivals after 6:00 p.m. are only possible upon request and if you have completed either the online pre-check-in or on the day of your arrival by 6 p.m. We kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated time of arrival. Other things to note Please note that there is no elevator and that the apartment is on the 3rd floor in the attic of a rear house. The stairs are narrow and old (like everywhere in the old town). The guests have to walk through a courtyard with garbage bins. Final cleaning is included, but we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a good condition. Even small things help our cleaning staff immensely: - Leave the apartment swept clean - Wash the dishes and put them back in the cupboards - Return any moved furniture to its original position - Hang up used towels to dry - Remove all food from the fridge and kitchen - Gather empty bottles and cans in one place - Strip the beds Thank you for taking care of the apartment! An extra cleaning is possible on request for an additional charge of 40 €. Please contact the office. A parking lot 150 meters away from the apartment can be rented for 15 € / night (on request).
