This complex is also very close to Westfield Sarasota Square Mall with over 140 stores and a cinema, Grocery store as well as many other stores, restaurants, Downtown with galleries and museum. Busch Gardens at Tampa Bay is an hour away, and the attractions and theme parks at Orlando two hours away. Did we mention Golf? More than 50 golf courses are near by. Our two-bedroom/2 bathroom villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in private and peaceful surroundings set on 25 acres of lush-wooded pines in a tropical park-like setting. You can enjoy walks along two scenic ponds inhabited by a wide variety of wildlife such as great blue herons, white egrets and other beautiful species of birds. Within the community there is an outdoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, two tennis courts, Basketball Court, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse with BBQ and picnic area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and each room has ceiling fans. The lounge, in typical Florida style, is open plan to the dining area and hall. It has tile and bamboo hardwood floors and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen contains all necessary crockery and cooking utensils, and there is also a breakfast nook. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, unsuited bathroom (with hairdryer) and patio doors which lead directly on to the lanai. There is also access to the lanai from the lounge which overlooks the 'Circle' and is ideal for dining 'al fresco'. Guest Bedroom has 1 queen size bed, a fitted closet and a TV.
