There is one camera facing the back alley carport and the garage. -The maximum occupancy is 14 guests. -Please read the Rental Agreement found in the "House Rules" section of the listing before booking, as access to the home will not be given unless signed, and no refunds will be issued for agreements left unsigned. A link to the Rental Agreement will be sent via email immediately after booking. We require this to be e-signed within 48 hours after booking to complete the reservation process, which requests the names and ages of adult guests. Please note: Information will not be shared with any third parties or used for promotional purposes. -Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old. -Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information. -Additional deposits may be required. -No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place. -Pool Heating Note: There is a $100 fee + $100 per day charge to heat the pool (October - April only) up to 85 degrees and must be heated for duration of your stay. **If the average temp during your stay is below 55 degrees, then we are not able to heat the pool. You must let us know a 48 hours in advance of check in day if you wish to have the pool heated upon your arrival** -To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins.
