My place is close to Hiking trails, shopping, golf, beaches, small airports at Wingham & Goderich, dining and much more.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups. The space We have to pay 13% HST tax on short term accommodation, so this is an additional fee charged to the guest upon arrival. Airbnb does not charge this additional tax, so is paid directly to the host. Other things to note A 13% hst tax on your room rate is due and payable to the host upon arrival.
