Forest Lane - Roomy Mt Snow Home with Hot Tub
Escape to Forest Lane, a roomy cabin surrounded by the Green Mountain Nation Forest at the end of a private road. You'll enjoy the feeling of being away from it all, yet still walking distance to West Dover Village bars and cafes, the main shuttle to the mountain (one of the few running during Covid) and just over a mile to Mount Snow! Enjoy 3 floors of living space with a stocked kitchen, cozy living room, game room with oak poker table, foosball, jacuzzi tub and a large deck. A welcoming 3,000 sq/ft space with updated linens and kitchen supplies, a Vita Spa Monarque Hot Tub, 60 inch TV with Roku surround sound in living room, 3 other smart TVs, a poker table, foosball table, and a wet bar with wine/beverage fridge and ice maker! Guests have access to full property with the exception of a couple owner closets. The deck, grill and smoker are closed for the winter due to falling ice and snow. My main goal is to assure you enjoy your stay in wonderful and convenient Southern Vermont! You'll have access to the full home aside from 1 owners closet. The perfect setting surrounded by national forest, yet walking distance to the Village of West Dover and the main Moover Shuttle Route on Rt 100. There's a Store 24, Dover Dots, Sticky Fingers Bakery, Dover Forge, ski / outdoor rental shops and other places all less than 1 mile away! We love walking with the family into town in the non-winter months. Forest Lane is also on the snow mobile trails which make great walking or snow shoeing trails. There is one neighbor fairly close by, so do be cautious of noise, especially when outside late at night. The property is up on a hill, so be cautious of small children around the driveway area. There are partial mountain views in the Fall & Winter. Off the main shuttle route (10 min walk) and a quick drive to Mt Snow, Hermitage Club, The Village of Wilmington, Lake Raponda, Lake Whitingham and Wilmington Flea Market. For beautiful day trip rides, you can get to Brattleboro, Manchester, Weston, Putney, Bennington or so many other wonderful VT Towns in less than an hr (while staying off the highway). I appreciate your help in following the hot tub rules, keeping the tub covered when not in use, showering before each use, being cautious not to spill any drinks or expel any foreign substances in the tub, adding 1 measured scoop of choline after each use and taking the ph level and following the chemical instructions if you use the tub a lot during your stay. Taking these actions will make your stay and next guests' stay much more enjoyable!
