This beautiful property ! It’s very private when you make it down to the river edge :) bud it’s not easy , we made a trail down bud it’s pretty steep down around rocky cliffs , this 7.5 ac lot offers lot of exploring and nature .River have long history of native Americans and first settlers had river crossing nearby. This is completely primitive camping, no utilities, no running water (only in river ) or power !! Camp on grassy top or anywhere u like . Other things to note Please take back with you anything you bring .We have on top grassy area with grill and fire pit , on side of shipping containers that we converting to rental tiny houses , bud you more them welcome camp anywhere on property, if you have sleeping bag and hammock you can make it down to river and there are manny awesome places with great river views. The sound of rushing water is great , very cool place to relax and meditate , swim , rock climbing, explore… This is primitive camp site ! No power or water ! Close by state park ( 5 min away ) has dry toilets Please contact me for any info .
