Rental agreement and ID required. The space This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home features an open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious master suite. Outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and a bar area are included for entertainment. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, deck, and downstairs entertainment area. The home is located upstairs and accessible by stairs only. Contactless check-in is available anytime after 3 PM with a unique keypad code. Other things to note Occupancy Limit 6. Non Smoking, & No pets allowed. HOUSE RULES VEHICLES , PARKING & PROPERTY: Tents, Campers and large trailers are not permitted. Vehicle limit at one point on property is 3. No fluid dripping vehicles. ARRIVAL TIME: Check-in is at 3 p.m. If the home is available earlier, then we possibly can allow early entry. DEPARTURE TIME: A firm Check-out time is at 11 a.m. on the scheduled day of your departure. NON-SMOKING/VAPING VACATION RENTAL: There is no smoking or vaping in this house. Smoking is permitted downstairs only. NEIGHBORLY ETIQUETTE/NOISE: Please be respectful and reduce music/people volume outside between 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. PET POLICY: Sorry, but no pets of any kind are allowed in the house. OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The maximum capacity of 6 includes children. OUTDOOR COOKING: No grilling/cooking on outside upper deck. This is a fire hazard and against a Galveston County ordinance. AEROBIC TREATMENT SYSTEM: Do Not flush any feminine products, diapers, baby wipes or wet wipes of any kind. NO PARTIES, PROMS OR FAMILY REUNIONS: The owner lives close and randomly checks up on vehicle and guest occupancy. There are plenty of homes in Crystal Beach where the property management/owners don't care. Rent from them if this doesn't work for you.
