Come enjoy our beautifully decorated Galveston condo located on the 3rd (Top) floor of the Maravilla Resort. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable KING-sized bed, with pvt. bath entry. Guests can also enjoy the full/Queen sized pull-out couch bed or 2 adult sized bunks. A $75 pet fee for 1 dog /$100for 2 dogs, will be charged. There’s temporary construction being done on Bldg A due to wind damage. We apologize for it being unsightly. It should not affect your stay. My condo is in Bldg B The space You'll have amazing beach views as The Maravilla Condominium Complex is conveniently located on the Seawall right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Drive to the west and enjoy one of the Pocket Park Beaches or grab a wagon and walk east on the sidewalk about 5 minutes to find the closest beach to play in the sand and catch some waves. If you travel further east, there are places to rent umbrellas and beach chairs if you choose not to bring your own or use the two provided in the condo. Many recreational activities such as Putt-Putt and Go-Karts, are located close-by and you are just minutes from many great restaurants, as well as the Fantastic Schlitterbahn, the wonderful attractions at Moody Gardens, Duck Tours, Dolphin tours, and riding the Ferry to Bolivar. If you travel 10 minutes east on the seawall, you'll see Pleasure Pier featuring the famous Bubba Gump's Restaurant and carnival rides. My Happy Place is 521 square feet with sleeping accommodations for 6 depending on age and size of individuals. The private bedroom features a KING bed with bedside tables and lamps and power cords on each side, lots of pillows, and a comfortable quilt. There is a full-sized dresser, and a set of full-length mirrors on the closet doors to assist you in those details when getting ready for an evening out. There is also a private entry directly to the bathroom which features a vessel sink and shower-tub combo. Kids or adults will want to snuggle up for a good night’s sleep in the adult-sized bunks which are across the hall from the bedroom. The top bunk has an added rail to give protection. The den accommodates 2 more guests with a full/queen-sized sofa bed. Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, all necessary utensils, crock pot, blenders, mixer, and a nice collection of Rachel Ray pots and pans. There is even a charcuterie board ! The large windows allow you to take in the gorgeous view while relaxing in the den to watch the pelicans and seagulls fly or to gaze at the colorful hues in the sky as the sun slowly sets each evening. Your precious pooch (small breeds only, 50 lbs max) will love our condo too, but don't forget to kennel your fur-baby when you leave to explore Galveston or to sit by the pool. Pick up your pet policy from the front office when paying for parking and collecting swim wristbands. Only one dog allowed. *non-refundable pet fee for each dog to be collected after booking . No cats allowed. Guest access Guests may occupy the entire condo which is 521 square feet. There are 3 pools and 1 hot tub, a workout room, small office available during the day, and a laundry room on each floor opened all day and night which is operated by your credit card. Other things to note The king bed is located in a private bedroom with private access to a full bath. There are 6 bath towels, 6 hand and 6 wash cloths. There are also 2 beach towels.
