Guest access Guests will have full access to the Cottage. Other things to note Guests will be provided with an initial roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. There are also cleaning supplies available. Please, no outside guests unless approved by owner. Rockbridge County has a required 10% lodging tax built into your nightly rate. This is a quiet rural area and even though you don't see them, we do have neighbors not too far away. No parties please and there is a noise ordinance after 10pm. Speed limit on gravel roads is 10 mph and PLEASE look out for our resident deer. They can be easily spooked. SHEEP: Please do not feed the sheep. You may have a visit but we ask that you do not feed them anything as it could be very harmful.
