Our beautiful condo accommodates 6 in 3 bedrooms and is a minute from Alpine Meadows Ski Resort (avoid all the traffic and be first on the slopes) and hiking trails, 5 minutes to the Truckee River, 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe and 15 minutes to Truckee. Perfect for every season in Tahoe! Shuttle to Alpine for skiing Thursday- Monday and to Palisades every evening for drinks/dinner in winter. Enjoy the Lake Tahoe area from our quiet peaceful home. Take base to base gondola or shuttle to Palisades. Mountaineer available Th-Monday to resort and every evening to Palisades Village when running. Perfect for all seasons at Lake Tahoe. Gourmet Kitchen, steam shower, great stone fireplace. Within walking distance to ski resort, bike and hike from front door. Truckee river (rafting, fishing and bike path) 5 minutes, Squaw Valley and Lake Tahoe 10 minutes. This is a quiet condo with a nice deck that gets the morning sun. BBQ. Near ski resort, hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, tennis courts, Lake Tahoe, golf. If you prefer to stay inside, you can use our Chromecast to sign in to your own subscriptions (Netflix, ESPN, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc). We have a lockbox to let you arrive anytime after check-in as well as exterior motion sensitive lights and a camera for safety. Check-in at 5:00 possibly earlier. Check out at 10:00 am. Feel free to ask for an early check in or late check out and if our place isn’t being cleaned that day we will likely be able to accommodate. Our HOA requires low noise. We cannot rent to individuals under 25. We only accommodate 6. Permission is required for additional guests and additional charges will apply. No 3rd party bookings. Unfortunately we cannot allow any animals. Please note our condo is at 6800 feet and is subject to all winter conditions including road closures of Hwy 80. Please consider travel insurance if you are concerned about weather impacting your stay. We have a BBQ on the back deck for your use during summer. Please make sure to turn off the propane tank to the BBQ when you are finished with each use. The BBQ may be unavailable during certain fire safety times. Unfortunately, due to the fire danger in the area, there is no smoking of any kind in any of the common areas, on the deck or in the parking area. Also, we ask you to remove any food items from your vehicles in case of bear activity. We will send you a document that lists the things to know about our condo. We ask that you sign it so that you know about everything (and we know that you know!) Terms related to booking fees, cancellation, etc are per Airbnb. We love our place and want to make sure everyone that stays here finds it in the same condition! We ask you to honor your commitment to the number of guests and to treat our home with the respect we hope it deserves.
