The space The Guesthouse is a mishmash of flea market finds and family treasures. The old grain silo is now a bedroom, and the loft is a great place for late night talks. The screened porch is a perfect place for a book or glass of wine. The lake is a fisherman’s dream, full of bass, perch and crappie. (Catch and release only) Outside dining area. Quiet places to sit and take in the view. Our greatest asset is peace. Recharge and reflect on the covered porch. Guest access Guests will have the whole guesthouse to themselves, as well as access to the lake to fish from our property (no swimming, boats, canoes, kayaks or paddle boarding on the lake) Several seating areas and possible wildlife sightings. Star gazing recommended. Other things to note The Firefly Guesthouse is located inside a gated community. We will send gate codes and specific instructions before your arrival. We cannot stress enough that we are not a party venue. We offer a quiet retreat and will expect calm, quiet, courteous guests. Our neighbors are very valuable to us!
