Located on Perdido Bay, this home sits on nearly one acre of waterfront land with a private dock. A dream for those who love to fish or would like to bring their own boat or jet ski. The beaches of Perdido Key and Johnson Beach, located within Gulf Island National Seashore which is a US National Park, are an easy 10-15 minute drive. The best of both worlds! Spend the day at the beach and then retreat back to a private home away from the crowds or spend your day on your own private waterfront. The space *Please Note* While our listing states that we can accommodate 11 guests, our intention is that those guests will be comprised of both children/adolescents and adults. Three of our beds are a twin bunk with a trundle with a weight limit of 175lbs per bed. Otherwise, our home is reasonably suitable for 6-7 adults (25+ years) Oftentimes, a group of 11 adults lends itself to more of a party and late-night atmosphere and that is NOT appropriate for this space and location. The home sits in a quiet, residential area where there are some elderly neighbors. It’s possible we would confirm a stay with a larger number of adults, but please include a message regarding the nature of your visit in your booking inquiry so that we may consider. Thank you very much! * The interior of this recently renovated 2300 sqft. home has a light, bright and breezy coastal feel. The main living space is open with several windows giving lovely views of the water and shoreline. The large, well-equipped and stocked kitchen will appeal to any chef and the ample dining spaces will make for wonderful group meals. You’ll find that the spacious living room, which includes a ping-pong table, will accommodate a large group of people. The screened in porch can lend itself to a relaxing, peaceful quiet place to read or listen to water lap the shore or as a spot to enjoy and have quiet conversations late into the night. The two larger bathrooms are en suite with walk in showers and the Master Bath has a large, antique soaking tub. Each comfortable bedroom has its own SmartTV (Netflix, Roku, Hulu, etc. capable.) These streaming services are not provided, but you are welcome to use your personal account. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of 2 private closets and the enclosed garage. Beach Access & Property Line: Guests have access to the dock, beach and waterfront on our property. The property line can be determined by visually extending the picket fence line down to the water. Other things to note *Security Camera Disclosure* We do have a security system with cameras. They are on and are motion-activated. They are located on the exterior corners of the house, surveying the driveway/carport, front yard, backyard and one is located on the screened-in porch which surveys the waterfront/dock. There are NO cameras within the INTERIOR of the house. Please know that we respect your privacy and rest assured that we will not be regularly monitoring the cameras for the duration of your stay. But, they are in place to insure the protection and safety of both parties.
