An oasis of quiet, silence and relaxation, where you can resume an almost forgotten dialogue with nature, with yourself. The property is located in the municipality of Monteleone d'Orvieto halfway between Rome and Florence, 450 meters above sea level on the beautiful Umbrian hills; it is surrounded by forests, olive groves, vineyards, ancient castles and the medieval villages of Città della Pieve, Panicale, Paciano, Parrano, Montegabbione, Montegiove and Castel di Fiori. The Trasimeno, Bolsena and Chiusi lakes and cities of art such as Orvieto, Perugia, Florence, Assisi, Todi and Siena are easily accessible. The farmhouse is divided into spacious and comfortable apartments with a garden, tastefully and carefully furnished to create an intimate and familiar environment. The stay is made even more pleasant thanks to the large swimming pool with relaxation area, gazebo, sun loungers and lawn with panoramic views of the Val di Chiana. Both in the garden and in the barbecue area and in the POOL, there are RESERVED and EXCLUSIVE areas for each group to better protect the privacy and safety of everyone.
