Beautiful cabin in the historic town of Strawberry, CA in Tuolumne County. Remodeled with modern finishes and features. 5 min walk to the river, 5 min drive to Pinecrest Lake & 15 min drive to Dodge Ridge Ski. 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, 2 half bathrooms. Underbed storage in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi and streaming on the television; central AC (cooler), and Level 2 EV charger (See other details to note). Car parking area: 3 in Summer & 2 in Winter. CHAINS REQUIRED IN WINTER. The space Spacious A-frame design with custom pine wood ceiling. Huge windows and skylights allow natural light. Modern-rustic decor with black and white bathrooms. Kitchen features new stainless appliances and cooking essentials. Two private bedrooms downstairs with queen beds and one bedroom upstairs has 4 XL twin beds. Wood-burning fireplace and fan system keep entire cabin warm during cold weather. Outdoor seating on expansive deck allows additional living space during warm weather. There is no outdoor seating during the winter months. Guest access Basement is not accessible Other things to note - CHAINS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE DRIVEWAY DURING WINTER - EV Charger (Level 2): NEMA 14-50R outlet is available for $30/Vehicle per Stay. You need to have charging cable and adaptor for your car. • During warm weather, there is a ducted, evaporative (swamp cooler) cooling system that is controlled by a power switch near the kitchen. This system is only available during the summer months. Operating instructions are posted on the wall near the switch. • Garbage policy: All garbage must be disposed in the bear-proof bin underneath the deck before check-out. Guests who do not dispose their garbage in this bin due being full or otherwise, must take all their garbage with them. Do not put your garbage in the recycle bin or any other area outside of the cabin. •There are bears in the area looking for food. Make sure no food is outside (cars, deck, etc.) & garbage is kept in bear-proof garbage bin under the deck. • For Sunday and Monday check outs, we request you kindly move the garbage and recycling bins to the main section of Pine Ave. Leave the bins near the street in the flat area. • We kindly request our guests to be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise level low. We have a few full-time residents that live close by and sound travels farther than you may realize. While outside, whether playing or enjoying the deck, please follow these rules: - Loud music and other noisy activities are not allowed - Do not allow children to play near the other cabins & remind them to be quiet - 9:30pm to 7:30am are quiet hours, there should be no noise at all. • Winter weather can occur in Strawberry any time between October-April. The section of Pine Ave where the cabin is located is sloped and can be slippery when there is snow on the ground. Be prepared with chains for your vehicle. Without these, you will not be able to drive up the hill without getting stuck. There is no option to park on the lower street and walk up; parking is allowed directly in front of the cabin only. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE 4WD WITH SNOW TIRES OR CARRY CABLES/CHAINS DURING WINTER VISITS • Verizon and Xfinity wireless are the only carriers that work in this area. If you do not use these carriers, you should print driving directions and plan ahead for no cellphone connection/coverage (last 12 miles). • We reserve the right to cancel your reservation due to weather. We will do our best to notify you ahead of time should this occur.
