The first floor is equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 1/2 bath and living room with a queen size pull out sofa bed. FREE WiFi/internet and cable TV are available. Family friendly! The space You have an outdoor patio with a marble workstation where you can grill and relax. Smoking is not allowed in the unit but you can do so on the patio. Guest access They have the whole unit to themselves plus they can relax on the patio or the beautifully landscaped grounds and don't forget you have private access to one of the world's most spectacular beaches. Very few properties on Paradise Island have this luxury. A free parking space is available on the compound. Other things to note This is one of the very few properties on Paradise Island with private access to the beach. Kindly note there is a spiral staircase going upstairs to the bedroom.
