You have a 45 second walk and private access to one of the world's most spectacular beaches. This two-storey one bedroom villa can sleep 4 persons, however it is best suited for a couple. The spacious bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom are on the second floor. Access to a roll away bed & crib. The first floor is equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 1/2 bath and living room with a queen size pull out sofa bed. FREE WiFi/internet and cable TV are available. Family friendly! You have an outdoor patio with a marble workstation where you can grill and relax. Smoking is not allowed in the unit but you can do so on the patio. They have the whole unit to themselves plus they can relax on the patio or the beautifully landscaped grounds and don't forget you have private access to one of the world's most spectacular beaches. Very few properties on Paradise Island have this luxury. A free parking space is available on the compound. If needed, we will be available to help our guests throughout their stay. The whole neighborhood is very clean, beautifully landscaped with lots of greenery, fresh air and very safe. If you only stay on Paradise Island you do not need a car but if you want to explore the bigger island New Providence where the capital Nassau is situated with many restaurants, shops etc. you may want to rent a car. A free parking space is available on the compound.There are many renowned car rentals at the airport. Taxis are easily available but a bit costly. There is a water taxi from Paradise Island to the capital Nassau at a cost of $4.00 one way. The public bus system is only in New Providence (cost per trip is $1.25) and does not service Paradise Island. Scooter rental is also an option but I prefer if my guests rent a car, use taxis or use the bus system on New Providence or the water taxi from Paradise Island to Nassau. This is one of the very few properties on Paradise Island with private access to the beach.
