Gorgeous, Remodeled Condo Close to Slopes!

This is a beautiful, completely updated condo close to town, Tamarack and Canyon Lodge. Higher up on Lake Mary Road, it is relatively quiet and has great views of the sunrise and the Long Valley Caldera. The bike and running path is right across the street, and the shuttle to town and the slopes stops right outside. The space Newly remodeled, bright open floor plan with spectacular view of the Sherwins! This unit is situated on the top floor, so there is no risk of noisy overhead neighbors. There is a wood fireplace to enjoy, perfect to curl up next to with a good book. The condo comfortably sleeps six, two in the main bedroom, two in the airy loft and two can sleep on a sleeper sofa in the living room. The roomy fully equipped kitchen and new appliances make meal prep a breeze. High quality hypoallergenic, paraben and SLS-free, biodegradable toiletries are also provided. Parking is usually easy and there are great amenities both in the condo and in the complex to enjoy. The morning sunrise is great to watch from the small deck with a cup of coffee. Watch out for the marmots and blue jays that are active early in the morning too. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit and may self check-in by a keypad on the front door. You will have access to a designated secure outside ski locker. You will also have access to the condominium common areas which includes the pool, BBQ, hot-tub, sauna game room and laundry facilities. Other things to note IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING Please be aware that our sliding glass door to the deck is damaged and may not currently be used. If you have any questions or concerns, please inquire prior to booking. Tioga Pass (Hwy 120), which is the road into Yosemite from the east, is closed during the winter and into spring. It generally opens in late-May or June and one can’t access Yosemite directly until it is open for the season. They don’t set a date for the opening because they don’t know in advance how long it will take to clear the road of snow and debris. Second bedroom is a loft that is open to the living room/kitchen area, and the sleeper sofa is also in the living room. 16% Transient Occupancy Tax and TBID required by The Town of Mammoth Lakes is included in the nightly rate.
