Charming & centrally located, this one bedroom guest suite offers a comfortable queen size memory foam bed, kitchenette & private bath in the heart of Eugene. It's a fun, bike friendly space one block from fern ridge bike trail, close to the fairgrounds & downtown Eugene. Ideal for couple or solo traveler. The space The Upcycle is a fun space with tall ceilings and a skylight. The newly added bedroom is filled with sunlight and nature-inspired original artwork. The cute kitchenette is perfect for making coffee and simple meals. Guest access Enjoy private access to the guest suite through a separate entrance on the covered patio. Inside, you'll have access to a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and amenities including air conditioning, a kitchen with a mini-fridge, a comfy couch that transforms into a full sized bed and a TV. Other things to note This guest suite is attached to a main 2 bedroom house. These 2 spaces are separated by the shared laundry room area so there are no common walls and you have your own private entrance and a covered patio. Parking is on the street. The driveway is reserved for the tenant in the main house. Because the laundry room is shared with the house next door, please refrain from using the laundry machines between 11am & 3pm so that the cleaners can use them if we have guests checking out next door.
