The space This luxurious, fully remodeled property is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and contemporary fixtures to bring you a truly unforgettable experience in a bucolic setting; enveloped in stunning vistas. The home features four bedrooms (three King, 1 Queen Murphy) The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with dual rain showers and a freestanding bathtub overlooking sweeping views of the vineyards below. The second bedroom and additional sleeping room share the chic & modern hallway bathroom. The luxurious third bedroom is situated one level below and is appointed with French wide plank oak floors and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have views of nature and feature automated blackout blinds in addition to state of the art multi zone speakers. The home features two living rooms; one in the front overlooking beautiful vistas of the vineyards and hills and also has a modern two way fireplace that can be enjoyed in the charming dining room on the other side. Behind the dining room is the family room, which features 75' TV and surround speakers. To further maximize enjoyment of the stunning views enjoy the beautiful pink and purple sunset vista from the glass walled front deck, or listen to the sound of water running through the winter creek. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features custom cabinets with luxurious countertops and a modern island at the center. A SubZero refrigerator and an 8 burner Wolf stove with dual ovens makes this a home chef's dream kitchen. Step out on the deck and enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the pool and grill away on the fully equipped outdoor BBQ range. Unwind and relax outdoors by the stunning private pool (can be heated for an add'l fee) with beautiful water jets and views abound, including a towering eucalyptus grove for the extra wow factor. Soak the day away under the wisteria covered spa overlooking the vineyard, or relax in front of the modern outdoor fire-pit. Back-up Power: The home is equipped with a 22KW Generac backup generator with automatic transfer switch. If power ever goes out which is very rare you will have everything working except the hot tub and the EV Charger. Guest access The house, pool, hot tub, and attached garage are fully private and reserved for guest use. Some areas are semi-private. Next to the house, the winery hosts wine tastings and events on weekends, and we invite guests to join in. Please note that during wine tasting events, the bocce ball court will be unavailable to Airbnb guests unless you are participating in the tasting. You're welcome to use it when no events are happening. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. For safety reasons, the vineyard is off-limits to guests due to ongoing farming activities. Any interference with vineyard or winery operations may result in guests being asked to leave. You are welcome to use it when there are no tasting events in progress. Normal check-in time is 4PM and check-out time of 11AM. * The pool and hot tub are serviced, cleaned, and all chemicals balanced by reputable local service companies once a week. It is a residential pool and not a commercial hotel pool. The pool generally does not require to be heated during the summer months but if guests require it, heating pool to 84°F costs $150/day for one day. $125/day for 2+ days (9AM–5PM). Depending on the outside temperature pool may take several hours to get to 84F. 24hr notice needed.
