Other things to note The villa has service maintenance personnel for the pool and gardening that tends to the premises from time to time. The pool is serviced twice a week (usually Monday and Thursdays) while the garden is serviced twice a month. This is to ensure the villa is well kept and clean. Guests are responsible for their own utilities. However, property is equipped with Solar Panels. This is huge in utility savings, especially during the warmer months!
