Little House @ Linden: Dogs Welcome! Smoke-Free!

The tiny cottage is completely private with a dog-themed decor. Up to two dogs accepted; sorry no cats. This is a tobacco-free property and due to host allergies it is unsuitable for tobacco or marijuana users. The Little House can accommodate one or two adults, but is not suitable for children. It’s also not suitable for those who aren’t accustomed to picking up after themselves and mindful of the care taken to preserve precious vintage things for the enjoyment of others. The space The Little House @ Linden is a private, non-smoking, air-conditioned small cottage with bedroom, bathroom and sitting room suitable for a single person or a couple. The cottage is not suitable for entertaining, tobacco users (including vaping). Due to health/safety concerns, the entire property is nonsmoking. Tobacco users should not reserve our place! They will be asked to leave and a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed. No exceptions! One or two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no cats accepted. Completely private, the cottage includes everything you need for an overnight or extended stay including micro refrigerator, microwave, dishes and tableware, coffee maker, and bath/bedroom linens. Snacks, water/beverages, and continental breakfast items are available at no additional charge. Off-street parking is available next to the cottage. The cottage is dog-themed and has many unique dog-related books, artwork, coloring book, and even a small puzzle. Pups will enjoy their own food/water bowls, and treats. The bathroom has a small walk-in marble shower. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, are available for guest use. There is plenty of cupboard space for you to unpack your own toiletries. A hairdryer, and extra towels and washcloths are available for your personal use as well as pet towels. The queen-size bed includes a comfortable Tempurpedic mattress, plenty of pillows and 100% cotton sheets. There is a small wardrobe with space to unpack clothing. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage and yard. Off street parking available next to the Little House. Other things to note The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. This is the perfect spot to relax, unplug and unwind. Watch squirrels hopping around the yard, birds at the feeder, and enjoy seasonal floral and fauna from the front deck. This is a tobacco-fee property and we cannot host those who use tobacco or marijuana products. No exceptions! Any infraction of this rule will result in your being asked to leave, and a $250.00 cleaning fee will be assessed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept travelers with cats. The property has WiFi. There is a DVD player but no television network services. Local channels available.
