I'm renting out a private bedroom with private bathroom, in a new house (built in the 2010s). 13 min to googleplex, 20 min to Stanford U, 13 min to Tesla, 18min to apple campus, 5 min to groceries. Bus 59 is 5 min walking from the house, goes directly to santa clara Caltrain station and various VTA stations. The space - CLEAN private room - CLEAN bathroom (private) - Fresh towels/bedsheets, soap, shampoo and toilet paper - full size bed, Very comfortable. - new carpet (1/2024) Kitchen is available but light cooking please. Thanks :) Guest access 2nd floor of the house. During your stay I am reachable via text messages/calls and usually respond within a couple minutes - 30 min. unless I'm asleep. Other things to note Parking: Street parking available. Please park on essex street or grant ave (2-3 min walking from the house)
